Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 30 days after receiving your items to inquire about any damages or issues you have noticed. 

 

A request for a product repair can be made within the 30 day window. If a repair request has been accepted, you are responsible for return postage costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a repair request will not be accepted. If an order can’t be repaired, it will be replaced at no cost, but you will be responsible for postage costs.   

 

After 30 days, orders can be replaced at a 50% discount.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
